From what I know current DHS don't give more heat disipation when submerged in water even when torso is in water. My question to devs is will the clan DHS have that function as we know they can be mounted in legs as they take 2 crit slots.

It works with SHS, so I don't see why it wouldn't work with DHS. Legs only, to my knowledge.

I really hope they at least give Clan DHS 2.0 heat reduction, with how reliant they are on heat-based builds.

I think SHS are supposed to work better in water but as nobody runs a mech without duals I can't say it made much difference. To take a leap of logic I would assume the clan duals would have an efficiency increase when submerged.
Would it appear day 1? Doubtful but you never know.

... DHS in the legs, in the water will give you the cool down bonus. Only reason we do not have it for DHS yet, is they take 3 slots and the legs have only 2.

At least in tabletop, a Clan 'mech with DHS in both legs can subtract a maximum of 6 points of heat buildup over a 10 second turn.
