Ok, im confused. is 3/3/3/3 partially in, or fully out for bug fixes? Can't seem to find a post I seem to recall by one of the devs (Russ I thought) that stated its been rescinded. any imput on this is appreciated.

It's not in at all. It was for a bit but they disabled it due to errors in the matchmaking code making wait times too long.

Ok. Been wondering about that. So its not in for teams either, correct? (have heard chatter about it being in for 2-4 man teams)

The ONLY iteration of 3/3/3/3 that's functional right now is withing your group. You cant take more than 3 of a weight class into a game in a premade.

Not true. Premades are limited to 3 of one weight class. (Try launching with 4 of anything, it will fail). That was one of the basic tenants of 4x3. However, it still does not mean the MM won't put 6 heavies on a team if yours and the other premade also bring 3 heavies.

PGI allow us to select more than one mech when loading. I have one light, med, heavy and assault ready to run. I shouldn't have to wait for anything but a open game.

It hasn't stopped putting together half a Steiner company.
It's also great when I see 30+% for both Assault+Heavies... because that's pretty much guaranteed bulk to be shot.

MM is being completely rewritten. So it's like none of the 3/3/3/3 talk or work or tests ever happened.
