If you had to choose ONE build as your all-time favorite as of today, what would it be?
For me, it's a relatively new build that I came up with for the Banshee.

This is a hard one, since my enjoyment tends to shift from one kind of build to another.

My nearly-stock C1 Catapult with 2x LRM15s and 4x MLs is a fun one that I keep coming back to, as is my nearly-stock Hunchback with an AC20 and 3 MLs. But my favorite right now is quite possibly my Wolverine with 3x MLs and 3x ASRM6s. SRM hit registration is still balky, but it's far more reliable now than it has been for a long time, and when the SRMs work, the build can trash assaults.

Dual PPC Cicada... my IS Puma. Has been my favorite mech ever since the Cicada was released.

My all time favourite build differed from most in that it was borderline useless... but was an insane amount of fun; the venerable 4xUAC5 Jagerbomb. It had almost no Armour, moved like a pregnant hippo forced to walk on it's hind legs, and had ammunition... issues, but for the whole 7.5 seconds I was able to fire before running out of dakka-fuel, I felt like I could understand how an A-10 pilot felt.

As far as usability goes.... I guess my 3xAC5, 3xMG, 2xML Jager is my favourite. Lethal at log range with grouped fire (Gauss damage every shot) and teeth-rattlingly awesome at short range with chain fire, I always end up running this after a losing streak, because I guess I just find Dakka cathartic.

Working wonders for me at the moment.

Meta pop-tarting stops shortly after they get a taste of 3 ERLL.

Killed a lot of lights too. Actually, most of my kills are lights piloted by who saw a Catapult and thought it was an easy CT core take.

That is my go to mech. And I get as many kills from the erlarge laser as i do the lrm's

Catapult-K2 with 2 ERPPCs, 2 Large Lasers, 300 XL Engine, 19 Double Heat Sinks, near max Armor, and Endo Steel Internal Structure. The 2 Large Lasers are almost heat neutral by themselves.
