I would like to target team mates and see which weapons they have and what is destroyed, who could need support with these or these weapon which body part is mostly hurt and so on.

I know, this has been asked before but I just feel like to emphasize this again, because we really need this...

Speaking as a pilot of a narc griffin i say this would be useful, as its nice to know if a stalker is a brawler or a lrmboat before i narc the first enemy.
