I live in the GTA and can log into MWO with a ping in the range of 20-24. May however has seen huge jitter issues with spikes up to 800 and 900 ping. I am wondering if anyone else has been having this problem with Rogers? It does seem to get better at later hours but during daytime and evenings the game can be unplayable. Using speedtest.net I can have ping scores from 8-9 to over 200. (League of Legends also borked so don't think it is a PGI issue) anybody else in the same boat?

Thank-you for this reply! I will run those tomorrow after work and see what results I can get. It does seem that the fastest server is "unreliable" and I am using the second fastest nameserver(Rogers) I have no idea what this means??, is my portal server "unreliable" then? I will run t second link tomorrow and se what pans out!

http://www.wincom7.c...tune-up-basics/ should help if you don't know where to push this new data in† …
I like to go to www.speedtest.net first, get some numbers to put into TCPOptimizer, then make a new list with DNSBench. Note Von Dach sayth:
- You should use optimal settings + TcpAckFrequency=1 & TcpNoDelay=1
- DO NOT activate LargeSystemCache, you may experience a severe, random decrease in performance and random burst of lag
- ecncapability=disabled or you won't be able to log into EA Online
† Just fond these pages myself.
