Yeah there are people who inflate their numbers to look good. Some actually have a high number registered but not actually playing.the game. The thread was never about that to begin with though. I trust Coffi to give an as exact as possible answer & a truthful one at that.

CGB member list has 25 members per page on the admin pages. We have 4 and a bit worth of pages of members that logged in the last 7 days. I did not inflate anything, nor am I boasting, merely stating.

if i remember correctly they did say they added 3 variants for the perk unlocks, so you would select them as you would now, the only difference with omni mechs is, we get to switch our omni pods for other omni pods from the same chassis. so we can have DW prime arms with DW B side torsos. aseuming they haven't changed the design or implemented more limits that is.

Numbers of pilots in units doesn't really matter because PUGs and lone wolves are going to play with clan tags as well so its impossible knowing who the largest is. But if you want a guess of who has the most galaxies, clan wolf has at least five player run galaxies I believe. GB has at least four galaxies as well as jade falcons , this including German and Russian player galaxies. Smoke jag has at least four and nova cat has I think two. To clan coyotes credit they have two known player run galaxies that i know of, which is which  more then most homeworld clans on mwo

They have stated somewhere...I don't have a link, that there would be bonus experience for driving a prime with prime pods, or a b variant with all b pods....So driving a Prime with one prime pod, 2 variant a pods, and a variant b pod would result in slower mastery of a specific chassis. This would make me think that most likely, initially at least, we'll be seeing pure variants as opposed to hodge-podge frankensteins. Very much looking forward to the 17th....

Actually...most of my clan mechs will be completely elited before they leave the mech bay. Thanks for the tip though

I predict a lot of inactive players will return to MWO in general. I signed up to be a Clan player. These two years of deep recon is more than enough exposure to Inner Sphere tech.

And they have been worthy. Now the Clans now that the freeborns of the Inner Sphere have almost recovered the Star League-level tech and have super-modificable BattleMechs that not even the Star League could manage to design. Who would have guessed?

personally I don't see it happening there was a vote a while back with this question in mind. last I saw the results, they where heavily in favour of sticking with Inner Sphere factions rather then jumping over to clans. besides the store doesn't exactly restrict what mechs can be bought based on faction, no real reason to leave you favoured faction for superior tech just yet

That is also an issue. The IS should not have access to Clan mechs, tech or weapons in 3050. How is that being addressed?
