It has been a few years since the original CPU specs were released, Is MWO playable with the new 4th Gen Intel Pentium G32xx/G34xx Dual-Core processors?

Technically I see no reason why they wouldn't meet the minimum requirements, but I have no idea why you would be using those given how low end they are. I'm using my 8 year old rig (built june 2006) with 2 Opteron 285's because that's all I have right now.
