however on my vista im having problems, the game will look like its about to start up and then just forever be in the hourglass phase, doesent even get passed the splash screen.
Whats weird is it opened and worked at first but then i closed the program and it will no longer work, i have tried all the basics, now i come to the mechwarriors.
PS its not the game, it works on my 7.

The previous games topics go to the off-topic forum.
On a side note: There is no real legal download source currently for MW4 of the Mektek files. The only ones with the licence to distribute MW4 are Microsoft and Mektek pulled the plug on their content, which was created based on a licence with Microsoft. By their licence agrteements, those were the only legal places to get those files. With them no longer available you just admited software piracy. Please don't do that again in the future.
