Are there any European English speaking Clans out there that accept casual players who have habit of dissappearing into other games or the ether for days or weeks at a time for "reasons".

But that also like dropping as 4 man team or larger out to win but not going to rake each other the coals for losses, and that don't make a habit of insulting each other but give properly constructive criticism.

So in short these criteria

1. Don't mind absentees.
2. Play as a team.
3. Friendly and good natured.
4. Should go without saying but no racism, sexism, homophobia etc.
Being Jade Falcon or Smoke Jaguar is a plus.

If there's no EU time zone group fitting those requirements then I guess if any new or old players want we could get together and make a Clan group fitting the requirements.

Clan Nova Cat has an EU cluster, actually. We have several ex-military so homophobia goes right out the window, as does political correctness. Sexism is not tolerated, either. While we do have some competitive support, we are mostly a casual bunch with our only real attendance requirements is to be on at least once a week.

We have a dedicated Euro Trinary in Clan Ghost bear. Numbers aren't large yet but most are on every day so you should always have people to play with. :] We are friendly and work together. Not Uptight or anything either! I think a lot of our Trothkin also have their own European groups so I'm sure you could find a Jade Falcon or Smoke Jaguar group! Best of luck in your selection!

Forgot to mention we usually have people on all day unless it's like 7:30 AM [GMT] around 8 AM - 5 PM we have a couple drops going. Around 6 - 8 PM it gets a little lul but honestly there usually still 1 - 2 groups. I think past that Americans get on and it gets pretty populated then!

By "right out the window" do you mean there's lot of it or none of it? I assume none of it but just checking. I saw your new player thread and hopped on your TS earlier but I only saw like 3 guys so I assumed you didn't have much of an EU presence I did go on early but it is the weekend.

Clan Ghost Bear is a fairly cool name so I'm interested, it's just less cool than Jade Falcon's whole vibe and the name Smoke Jaguar. You can tell I know little of the battletech lore, but from what I've seen on Sarna the Jade Falcons have a very cool vibe, and Smoke Jaguar seem pretty brutal which is cool I like WH40K after all. Ghost Bear seem like they'd be one of the "friendliest" clans to be a part of in the lore.

Yeah. We have I think three EU players and three more NA players who are on at EU times due to work schedules. Usually our NA bunch are on around 7 or 8 EST, but LeoTib71 is from Italy and heads up the 37th Assault Cluster. I would give him a shout in game.

And, yep! Political correctness practically does not exist. Everyone gets tormented equally. -_-

I hate to be impolite, but if you ever choose to apply to one of those two, i suggest you go for CJF, as wanting in because of "Cool name" isnt sufficient enough to be part of CSJ units... Or at least the one i represent.

Well if you lack knowledge of clan lore all you've got to go on is which sounds nicer, I could pirate a bunch of mechwarrior books but I prefer buying stuff.

The books aren't that expensive to be honest. I think like 20 - 30 USD each at least that's what I've seen.

Clan Wolf Delta Galaxy currently has an entire binary dedicated to English speaking players in the UK and Germany. We will be expanding that as more Europeans join our ranks (currently have 10 players from Central Europe).
