UAC/5 – Max range reduced from 1800 to 1200m

I suggest Ultra Autocannon's be made to resemble what they should be. Any even semi legitimate documentation I can find on Ultra Autocannon's indicates "the Ultra Autocannon/5 has an increased range", "While these enhancements gave the weapon an effective range exceeding that of LRMs and standard AC/5s".

If you are going to keep the over the top jamming rate let it be a true double rate firing "it most notably allowed the weapon to fire at twice rate of the standard model.", "Ultra Autocannons are capable of maintaining a substantially increased rate of fire over traditional or LB-X autocannons"
