can someone else test this and see if it is a visual thing or not?

take an AC/2 and hold down the fire button and start hitting something with constant hits.

I am not sure if only every other hit registers or not. I only get visual indicators, both on the cross hair and in the damage readout on every other hit.

If I slow down my rate of fire it will show every hit. Does this in game and in the training grounds.

I am not sure though if I am actually causing damage with each shot or not.
