The ammo is crit padded by the engine and the heatsinks are out of the engine because it had slots to spare.

I destroy a lot of mechs by legging them and blowing up ammo, so I refuse to put ammo in legs now, but put it wherever you like, this was just a quick mock up. Armour distribution and ammo placement are different on mine.
