Ok, I started asking in another thread of mine but never found an answer. So I figured I would focus this one solely on this.

Where is the Customer Service info?

Especially now that we have officialy started making money transactions.

(I want to know who to call or email when some one double charges my account for a transaction. Theoretically!)

Official response please! (Not needed if I'm just blind and someone can point me to it.)

If it has to do with money the only support I was able to find was on my reciept which was e mailed to me after purchase, if you pay through PayPal they also have customer support information for who you paid to that you can view in your account activity report

But my point is if the game is going live within the next 2 months, they need a customer service # or email. As far as I can tell they have neither listed.

If this was some other company that would scare the hell out of me. Especially after giving them $120.

I'm not having any issues yet, but what if I do? Who do I contact?
I don't want to bother Russ or the dev team about something that could be handled by a rep?

well if you need assistance reguarding money it would be with the company that collected it for them, if it would be reguarding the game, I couldn't find that either but I am sure once the game goes into the next phase or you are given a beta key you will also be provided with a means to report problems within the game, especially if you recieve a beta key, without a means to comunicate with them it would kind of defeat the whole purpose of having beta testers
