When there were 4 Trial mechs it wasnt a big deal but now my beautiful hangar is flooded with em and im confused when checking my mechs. It the same feeling as going to work without taking a shower. Seriously guys.
I suggest a new button "ALL BUT TRIAL MECH".
I would love you so much for that.

I currently have 101 mechs and 104 mechbays. I'm about to receive (thanks to someone's generous donation) the entire Masakari package (so every Clan mech).
These are just my heavies.

These are just my assaults.

I put the resolution up to 1080p. As you can see they fill the screen completely.
Imagine the scroll I go through with every mech. (Saving a build I have 30+ second 'saving' times).
My own point is I have a lot of mechs to go through... and 12 trials only matter to me when I'm bored (which is more often than I'd like to admit, but that's why we have a trial mech button). I don't want to accidentally hit buy when I go to configure my mech. It'll make me (and support) very unhappy.

Well. all mechs i have atm are mastered or minimum in elite for lights.
I prior quality over quantity and that's why im pissed off with the trial mechs in my hangar. My perfectionism follows me everywhere.
Pretty sure i will not buy any new mechs, exeption made for the new ones incoming of course, many of em still need few more modules and i will be farming creds for that, not for any new mechs.

We also desperately need the ability to sort by chassis instead of just weight class.

They do, actually. I accidentally bought one (thinking I hit configure) and had to get a refund.
Unfortunately I think that's the point of having them in that list
I would also like to see the ability to hide these if I so decide. Really more filtering options are what I want, done in a less confusing way.

Oh wow, interesting, if more accidents like that happens maybe they'll think about it and give us a magic button to hide those TRIAL mechs.
I understand new players are interested in trying mechs and they can get confused with the GUI but they have to think about their veterans too or just players who don't give a damn about Trial mechs.

That would be so unfair, i don't think they have that in mind.
It's just the fact the GUI can be tricky to navigate throu as a noob and they only make sure you can't miss those TRIAL mechs.

Like Nub o' Doom here I think the reasoning they have is 1) they don't want new players to miss them and 2) since they are purchaseable, they want you to see "hey, wanna skip a grind? It's shiny. It's pre-upgraded. C'mon, you know you want to... Think about it, they'll be right here in your face." Kind of like window display items at shops.

I know little to nothing about marketing, so hadn't considered the window display thing. That makes a lot more sense then. Cheers.

You could have just stopped with that.
I get that they wanted to get it out by the deadline, but where are the "fast updates" they promised for it now that the "UI 2.0 bottleneck" is gone?
