Hello all,

I have been kicking an idea around in my head for a while and would like some advice/input on it's feasibility

I want to add a button to the thumb rest(s) similar to what the TM Warthog has..

I saw Fousts's post on what he did to modify his. so I am sure it is possible but would like some suggestions on what to look for while attempting this. Hacking a $50 joystick makes me a bit nervous. LOL

I did some searching to find a suitable button and found these.

Tuesday I will be able to hit a Radio Shack to see how big they really are as the pics don't really give a sense of scale.

Also I would like to know what buttons people used for their various mods since I am gonna be opening up my joystick I could sometime down the road make my own panels for other functions.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
