Hey!

The noise that it makes when you mouse over anything in the UI; an option to turn that sound off would be amazing.

Specific sounds repeated like that can drive a person mad, you know?

Hopefully this is patched in soon, as it has already driven me partially insane, and I have since closed the program at least once to try and forget the sound.

I'd like to sign my name to this. if it was a little "tick" sound like turning a clicky wheel, I wouldn't give two scraps. However, the "woop woopwoop woopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoopwoop."

I came here to ask the Devs PLEASE!!! get rid of that unbearable "cricket" sound when hovering over any thing in UI 2. A noise for button selection is fine, even needed (although buttons need to be bigger and easier to read) but just moving my mouse around the screen shouldn't drive me insane with noise. I BEG you....PLEASE kill that sound, or give us the option to.

Indeed, it's pretty annoying. We've been asking to get this turned off (or at least the option for it) since the very first UI2 test.

I have to stop playing. It indeed does drive me mad when in the mechlab. This HAS to be turned off. Why hasn't it been?
Mouseover sounds were driven from websites 10 years ago.... how can this be in this game?

I dont post often, but when I do, its to stop this sound. Really! I can get smoked in 20 matches and nothing gets me raging like that cursed mouse over sound. Enough! Make it go away, anyone who has spend time in the mech bay hates that sound. Please!!!
