PGI has previously announced they plan to split the Modules into 2 trees; Mech Modules and Pilot Modules.

I believe the Command Console would fit in perfectly with this idea by opening a new Command tree with unique modules.

For the Mech and Pilot modules, the current modules should be properly assigned.
EVERY mech should have the first 2 Mech/Pilot slots as shared. So placing a module in Mech Slot 1 also 'occupies' Pilot Slot 1.

For mechs with slots beyond 2 (most), the extra slots will be assigned to one tree or the other with only the most 'versatile' mechs having additional shared slots.
E.g.; the Yen-Lo Wang would have 4 share slots.

For mechs that include a Command Console by default and gained a module from that, will 'lose' 1 slot from the Mech/Pilot tree and instead open up the Command tree with 2 slots.
All mechs that actually mount a Command Console will open up the Command Tree and have 2 slots available.
E.g.; AS7-D-DC will have 2 Shared Slots, and gain access to the Command Tree with 2 slots if it mounts a Command Console

As much as possible, unique to the Command Tree.

Weight: 3 tons.
Slots: 1 slot.
Sensor Range: [+6.0]%
Time to gather target info: [-30]%
2 Command Module Slots

Command Modules:
[+5.25]% Zoom (stacks)
[+20]% Sensor Range (stacks)
[-30]% TIG (stacks)
+1 Air or +1 Arty (stacks)
+1 UAV (stacks)
Multi-targeting
[-10]% Weapon Cooldown
[-50]% Ammo Explosion chance
Vulnerability Scanner
Target Sharing [-20% TIG for all teammate] (stacks)
Sensor Mesh [+10%] sensor for all teammates within [180m] (stacks)


COMMAND MODULES:

Zoom [+5.25%]
Stacks with CC and other Zoom modules


Target Info Gathering [-30%]
Stacks with CC and other module TIG modules.


Damage Control!
Crits to explosive ammo bins have a significantly reduced chance to explode.
Counters TC increased crit chance.


Fire Discipline
Reduces weapon cooldown by a small amount (-5%, -10%, or something).


JTAC-in-a-box
Adds an additional Airstrike or Artillery module slot (must still be purchased).
So JTAC-in-a-box + Airstrike would allow a player to roll with 2 Airstrikes and 1 Artillery.


UAV
1 additional UAV


Multi-Targeting
No reduction in Target Info Gathering time, but all mechs in your LOS start getting info gather. Only 1 target's info is displayed at a time, but if you switch targets to a mech that has been in LOS for longer than 30s you instantly get Target Info.


Vulnerability Scanner
Uses the Turret Target code to highlight the most vulnerable portion of the targeted mech.


Target Sharing
Reduces TIG by [-20%] (stacking) for ALL teammates targeting the CC-marked enemy.


Sensor Mesh
Boosts sensor range by [+10%] of all teammates within [180m]

I really like the idea of the multi-targeting module.
