[Rim Kerenski]

I logged in today and noticed that I was down to 23 hrs 59 sec of premium time. Then it started counting down.
I had never activated it, ever; and last week it was still at the full Founder's Package amount. Now it almost all gone.

Anyone else have this happen?

If I can't get it back thats the last damn straw. I was awaiting until I had time off to really use it.

We recently got 24 hours of free Premium because of a screw-up. If you haven't logged in for while that will be it.

As to why you weren't notified about this premium time... well..

Yeah. A real WIN/FAIL moment on PGI's point because ... you know, free premium time... on the other... not figuring out a way to tell people they have that free premium time. :\

You got one day of free premium time, but it will start automatically. Therefore you cannot save it for next Chistmas. If you dont have time play now, the time will be lost. But who cares ? Its for free...

the free time was for the time lost during their failed implementation of 3/3/3/3.

I knew about the free day, but it wiped out all the otehr premium time that I had. When I logged in I went from over 30 days to 24 hrs and 59 min.

So i lost over a month of premium.

I don't think you can see your banked time while you have active time running.

I noticed the same thing.
I had 10days of free premium time, I've been saving up all the giveaways since I started on MWO - and now I don't.

The free time they gave out because of the botched 'Rule of 3s' was nice, but the fact that they auto-started it was a terrible. It seems to have auto-started all premium time that people had.

Boo-urns.

I should probably double-check my account when I get home.
But from what I recall, all my PT has vanished.

You should have received an email about it IIRC, but it may have been shoved into a spam folder or something...

How are you verifying? You can't look in the bottom corner of UI 2.0, you have to actually begin the activating process and then cancel it unfortunately.

I still have my 99 days banked. And it'll stay taht way. I was similarly screwed out of enjoying any of that free premium time as when i finally played it was already down to 15 minutes. PGI fail

That looks a bit misleading.
You don't need to actually start the PT countdown. Just hit activate and it will tell you how much you have and ask if you want to proceed. If not, hit cancel.

You are positive that if I hit the Activate button, there WILL be a popup letting me know how much banked time I have, and then I can cancel?

Because I'm supposed to have 217 days of banked time. 90 from Founders, 120 from Pheonix pre-order, and 7 from last Christmas redeemable code.

I too wish to use it when CW comes out, and not before.

Ok just tried it and you are indeed correct, sir. I have 218 days banked. Wonder where I got that extra day? *shrug*
