Are the Founders mechs exclusive mechs for the Founders, or are the just variants of the model thats exclusive? As a non-founder can I still pilot a Jenner?

They are the same as the mechs they are based off of, but with exclusive paint jobs, and a 25% boost to C-Bill earnings. The non founder versions of the mechs will still be available to everyone.

They're only different skins (plus a cbill earning bonus).
Yes, as a non-founder you can pilot any of the starting 12, including a Jenner.
