Hey all. Im going to model my interpretation of the Banshee and then 3d print it as a mini. Mostly my own design, but similar style to MWO. I like bishop steiners too so some inspiration from there. Seeing if there is interest out there in my little project. Hopefully i can post the 3d render in a day or so.

just so long as it's taller and leaner than the MWO version, I am interested.

Perhaps it wouldn't have fit the maps (bridges and stuff), but I really expected the Banshee to be thinner and taller than the Atlas.

It is thinner and taller then the atlas. The Mini is finished. It now needs to be divided up into its parts for printing. It is ugly yet beautiful in my opinion. When you look at the pic, just remember that the lack of fine detail is due to the fact that this is the actual model that will be printed at 6cm tall. At that size the detail is great lolPosted Image

Banshee scaled with the rest of my mini range. All shown there apart from the banshee have been printed in mini scale and look really sweet. especially the unseens

The one noticeable thing that makes your banshee better than PGI's is the cockpit area, wish PGI would have gone with a more traditional look:

This isn't "traditional" this is the "primitive" version of the mech made hundereds of years before even the fall of the star league.

It is NOT the go-to image for the banshee's. Just a popular one because people like this look better then the REAL traditional look:

Here is the raw mini along with the warhammer and atlas for reference. Needs to be filed and sanded but i think a nice result for .2 resolution
