I would like to propose a Direwolf Hero mech. It is the loadout my now deceased brother in law used. I only remember the weapons and amount of armor used on it, but I would like it to become an actual mech in this game. The whole reason I started playing as a founder was so I could run his loadout. His name was Daishi, he was a great person, and is the reason I am still here to play these games.
Here is the loudout for it, later on I will add the exact armor points, and engine
CT: light gauss rifle
LT: light gauss rifle, 4 clan small pulse lasers
RT: light gauss rifle, 4 clan small pulse lasers
LA: 3 clan medium pulse lasers
RA: 3 clan medium pulse lasers

its armor was maxed and it carried two tons of ammo for each light gauss rifle.

Light Gauss rifles are not in the timeline for several more years (3056)

Not only are Light Gauss Rifles out-of-timeline, but they are Inner Sphere weapons (and, thus, cannot be mounted on the Daishi since MWO is currently running as a "PureTech" game) AND Light Gauss Rifles consume five (5) critical spaces (and, thus, cannot be mounted in the Daishi's Center Torso, which has only two free crit slots).

Additionally, the proposed weapon load (three (3) Light Gauss Rifles with six (6) tons of ammo, plus eight (8) Clan Small Pulse Lasers, plus six (6) Clan Medium Pulse Lasers) would weigh 62 tons, which is ~23% greater than the Daishi's default 50.5 tons of pod space; one would have to remove 11.5 tons of armor, out of the Daishi's default 19 tons of armor (its maximum armor load) - leaving it with only 7.5 tons left over for armor.

The proposed loadout is simply impossible for MWO.

While you can't get that exact loadout (yet) in MWO, and Clans aren't quite out yet, so we're unlikely to see a Hero mech for a while (still don't have any Phoenix Heroes), you could try contacting PGI direct (contact tab) or maybe NGNG who have ties to PGI/MWO and may be able to point you in the right direction, and they may consider it / work something out within current constraints.

you brought something to my attention that I didnt notice I had accidentally put the total amount of small pulse lasers instead of the amount mounted in each section.and I did not say clan er small pulse lasers. So Down engine it slightly and only give it 4 tons of ammo.

Clan Small Pulse Lasers (available at the time of the Clan Invasion) are not the same thing as Clan ER Small Pulse Lasers (not available until 3057), and the latter were not mentioned in my previous post.

OmniMechs don't get "down-engined" (the Engine rating & type are locked, and are the same for all OmniMech configs/variants), and a Gauss Rifle - Light or Standard - will not fit into the CT of any 'Mech in MWO (since there are only two (2) available critical spaces at most, versus the five (5) critical spaces needed for the Light Gauss Rifle (which is an IS weapon, and not available until 3056) or the six (6) critical spaces needed for a Clan standard Gauss Rifle).

And since the Daishi has a locked XL 300 Engine (consuming two (2) critical spaces in each side-torso) AND a locked DHS in each side-torso (consuming two (2) critical spaces), it is impossible to fit more than one Gauss Rifle in either side-torso (as there are only eight (8) free critical spaces in each side-torso). So, you'd necessarily have to move the third Gauss Rifle to one of the arms.

Even then, the changes you've described (minus four Small Pulse Lasers, and minus two tons of Gauss Rifle ammo) still leaves the weapon/ammo load at 56 tons, so you would still need to remove 5.5 tons of armor to make it fit (leaving you with 13.5 tons of armor).
