Looks like they are making plenty of green to get everything online and ready to rock. Can't wait to see the accepted tag for beta here.

1.5 million bucks. That's some money. You could shoot a theater movie with that budget. If the game was funded by EA or Blizzard then I'd be wondering where that money is actually going to go, but this is Piranha. I have faith they will actually use it to make the game as good as they can. It also goes to show how much people want a new MechWarrior game. This is a F2P game and it raised 1.5M from pre-orders. That's probably a world record for F2P titles.

It's all good news. More money, at least in this case, should equal=better game. I hope they're using it to cram this game to the bursting point with content and polish it to hell and back. Buy some good hardware and pay your employees to have tons of content for us. If you got the money, don't half ass anything.

I like the fact that approximately 10% of the games population is a founder. In a year or so the founders mechs will become a pretty huge perk. At launch they will be fairly common sights but just like the preorder tanks inWoT eventually they will become some of the rarest mechs in the game.

Hopefully only rare because of the other choices available then and not for the same reasons they are rare in WoT.

I'm not sure where you're getting your numbers, but ELP has 64 members, not 109.

Yeah... we don't even have 109 people signed up on our website. And not every member of our website is a member of our group.

By the way Willy Pete, it's 66 now :D

You're not supposed to beat me to pointing out how the OP has no clue how to use legitimate data, nor how to acquire it.

Quality, not quantity, Spork.

Besides, 66 still makes the cut.

Also, who the hell is Vorelas?
