Sorry if this has been answered before but the Clan Package Modules will or won't be available in another form going forward?

On the test server they were all available for purchase by anyone. it should be that way on the 17th.

Yup. They were available for people to spend GXP on unlocking and buying with C-Bills like every other module. The only difference is the Clan Pack owners get some immediately and supposedly have some special visual effect to them (haven't figured out what it is yet, myself.)
