I just joined and downloaded the game and tried to start play and it went to the sign in page. Accepted my password and then the game disappears.

Going to need a little more info than that.
Does it give an error message?
What version of windows are you running?
What video card is being used and the version of the drivers?
That will do to start, if you need any help finding those just say!

running windows 8, but even set it to run program as windows 7 and still did not work.
Not sure what the drivers are though this is a newer computer.
oh and no error message at all

Send in a support ticket ( http://mwomercs.com/support/ticket/new ).
They can tell you where to look for error-logs and stuff and probably help you faster than people here.
