Never said they didn't have access to it, but we'll see how many of those are piloted after tomorrow. Weren't many in testing.

Good news, I prefer the 2LL & SRM24 Bralwer over the LRM60 Boat. After running Medium LRM Boats, I would never run a LRM60 Boat Awesome again, I would choose the LRM30 Boat AWS-8T for a 80 ton Boat first and always.
While there may not be many ECM Mechs in testing, once they hit the 3 different ELO brackets it could turn out different. The amount of ECM Mechs I saw in the recent Team Tournament were far fewer than what I usually see in PUGs at my ELO bracket, I expect more ECM Clanners in my ELO than the top ELO players see.
