I noticed that the kitfox and nova both have a +2.5% exp quirk listed on their stat sheets in-game.
Do the larger mechs get this, too?
If not, will any IS lights and mediums get the same treatment?

Any clan mech whose omnipods all match the CT's configuration get the xp bonus.

TBH it's a bit underwhelming but still nice.

it is underwhelming.

IMO every clan mech should get a set bonus. so if you use a "pure" mech you get an additional quirk or set of quirks.
