Put out these stupid TRIAL MECHS out of my "OWNED" Mech category.

Let them ONLY in the seperate category "TRIAL-Mechs".

12 TRIAL Mechs in my "OWNED" category with my 11 real Owned Mechs.

Yeah I'm also tired of looking through things I don't actually own in order to find mine.

It seems like every feature in UI 2.0 is worse than the original.

Yeah, that would be nice and done in 1 minute !

I dont want to play "Trial mechs" and I dont want to see them between my mechs.
Make an extra category for them and everything is fine.

Cool, someone tends to see the whole picture...
For the same reason we will never be allowed to save loadouts either.
Things like this are detrimental to the spirit of free to play games, unfortunatly.

It's beyond annoying, the Trial Mechs cluttering the inventory space.

UI 2.0 sucks, quite frankly, and the trial Mechs sitting in MY MECHBAY isn't helping the situation. Already takes me 10+ mouseclicks to switch Mechs...

I totally agree, trial mechs has to go away from the owned mechs list, you know, since we don't own them? I don't see how we could make it seem any more logical, it's pretty much an obvious case. Come on, just listen to your inner Spock.

Was really annoying with 4 mechs, I have not played with 12 but would be even more so. Typical PGI design to stick things you do not own into a category for owned mechs. Its hard to define what is owned, I mean if it was titled playable that would make some sense, but owned. I do not own trial mechs. Basic English seems to be hard for PGI some times.

Love your signature. The whole game falls under the same description. Great franchise, amazing potential and horrible execution.

They all ready have the category for the trials. The issue is they treat the owned category like a playable category. If the owned category followed the meaning of the word owned no trials would be there. Apparently basic word meanings defy PGI ability to understand them.

I help a bit.
F2P games work totally diffrent from retail games in many regards.
"Trialmechs" or more like Championmechs cluttering your screen are part of this. Think about it like ads. Don't expect them to be removed so soon.
Now another part of F2P games is the timesink. That's where "saving loadouts" comes into play or better saying does not. If we were able to just save loadouts the timesink would be decreased and chances that anyone picks up a camo or paint or cockpit item with it. Got it so far?
This is why the UI 2.0 is so sturdy and tedious. It is game design. F2P game design. They don't want us to find our rare modules easily. Or XL engines. Or to save just loadouts. They want us to grind for another XL engine and for a sensor range module on everymech and so on. Ever asked why in private lobby you can't access the mechlab? Because they want you to keep as many mechs as powerful as possible ready to go. Without switching engines and modules. Or do you really think the devs are THAT stupid?
See the big picture there? I hope that helped a bit.

Tie it to premium time, if you run premium time, no trial mechs shown in mech bay...

I would be good with that...

Yes the trial mechs in my mechbay is annoying,i have to search through them to find my owned mechs.
The Devs should make a trial only bay we can go to if we want to see or use them and keep our owned mechs in a different bay.

I had a preview of the nightmare of large MechBays during the first Clan test, and the whole first portion of the "Owned" 'Mechs list was absolutely cluttered with Heroes (granted these do come first), Phoenix and Prime variants, and these stupid Champions (only one of which I own; free CN9-A[C] FTW) that I want to see filtered out.
It's an utter mess, and I wish someone would fix it sooner rather than later.

This is an utterly ridiculous display of 'gimme money' that only players that do 'play-for-free' should put up with. They have my money already, and will continue to do so, so why should a regular customer have to put up with all these sales gimicks? If they are reasonable people, PGI will give a player the option to remove these abominations once you hit the $100 donation mark.

PGI, show your generous and faithful players some compassion, and just be cool in general by giving us the option to wipe these trial mechs off the face of our mechbay!

That could work. Premium time needs more value anyways. Not enough incentive to run it atm...

50% boosts in cash and xp isn't enough? (plus lobby privileges)
