Primarily I am concerned about the NARC. If I go over my 5M matches it didn't happen often, that I could get a good visual on an ECM Atlas or whatever and the 450m restriction doesnt make that easier.

So I wonder, if TAG+Artemis will give me the lock fast enough to get 2-3 salvos in, but those salvos wouldn't really change much, as would a NARC on an ECM mech, that just stays behind cover.

For those 4 tons I could go for SRMs and make myself pretty safe against lights or give myself some zombie power.

What do others think?

Let the lights do the narcing. If you want to play fire support role I suggest 4 lrm15s on chain fire with 3 ml and TAG. You can bring 1980 lrms to the party with a std 300 and armor. Get advanced taget decay module so locks remain 3.5 secs after losing LOS. Stay in the back and let the lights spot and narc. Its a really fun way to play. Nothing more than a 3f(c) actually but I have a better build for the 3F.
