That would have too much of a devastating effect on the back of an Atlas. We can't allow that because it would be clearly P2W.
On a more serious note, something like 2 missile + 2 energy might work out, with the same engine limit as the ECM variant. It would pack a bigger punch than the ECM variant, but at the cost of no ECM. It would be superior to the 4 MG and 2 CT energy variants, but then again pretty much every single mech in the entire game is superior to them anyways.

15 ballistic hardpoints. 2 in each arm, 2 in each toros, 2 CT, 2 in each leg and 1 cockpit.

I will have a go.
But I'm thinking 2 missile (1 LT, 1 RT), 1-2 E (CT) and 2 Ballistic (1 RA, 1 LA) would be versatile and fun.

I would like to see a variant with four energy, 2 per arm, and 1 or 2 missile points in the toros(s).
