I've only been driving Kit Fockses since the Clans went live (tried other chassis during the PTS) and I've been doing surprisingly well. Even on losses I can generally manage at least ~200 damage, unless I seriously dun goof real hard. I think I'm in love with this little mech.

I played my Griffin-3M with SRM-20 and 1x ERPPC. Had a great night, killed a lot of clan mechs and had fun brawling. Ended up with a 1.5 KDR and .9 W/L ratio. Don't feel any of the Clan mechs are overpowered, I fear none at the moment.

Took my Warhawk out for a spin.. but spent most of the match cowering from LRMs. I wasn't hit too much, but I was certain that everyone on the other team hated me and sacrificed their life to get a lock on me. I came out alive, though! I even got a kill on a 'pult, and got to hear my warhorn.

~199 damage, my team 12-0'd theirs.
We had a gold kitty.

Killed the last targets and went 1v1 with almost a fresh Masakari

I took off his torso with the 3 er larges in the arm and he took my leg. He was out of LRM ammo so it was a base race.

A one legged Adder chasing a Masakari back to his base. He out ran me and time ended before I could get there.

Was a great match.

Also, Run the ADDER-A with the ERPPC's in the torso instead of the arms. You lose the ability to look up or down but you gain shield arms and more centered high weapon mounts.

Played mostly with a Summoner with 2CERLL and 3 ASRM6. Not a particularly powerful mech but great fun and ended up with 8 kills for 5 deaths.

Finished the night with one drop in a SCW prime. No kills but 1,104 damage. Huh? HUH!?

played 2 games so far:

1 stock nova prime, the one with the 12 mlas. Died quickly, didnt like it. Fun fact, my first car was a Vauxhall Nova, which had things like no power steering, and a manual choke, and piloting this for the brief time I survived was not dissimmilar.

1 timberwolf s, with a bunch of mpulse, a bunch of srm and 2 machine guns (what is the point of these on this mech?), won, got a kill, didnt like it, but at least it was better than the nova.

Probably that im not used to playing the game, having not bothered much lately, also quickly got annoyed with all the "fixed" equipment that cant be removed etc when trying to customise the mechs.

But still, utilising the power of perspective, 2 games is just 2 games and therefore nothing really to go on.

My first match was stock Adder prime without any perks. Still, 450 damage. No kills but I did my part quite well. Nothing stellar but there is something deeply satisfying about making such difficult Mech work.

Was running meta on my Timber Wolf. Finally got the basics done despite all the server issues. Not nearly as good as I was doing on the PTS but I had that one elited and it made a world of difference. At any rate I'm pleased.

It's a Stormcow, not a Ryoken. *Not crow, Cow!*

Yeah, I've found that this mech can really twist damage well, especially when you're moving.

My first drop was in a Kitfox with 4xC-SRM6. It was a blob on blob fight, and I took some crazy alpha blast that legged me right a way. I got one kill and a few assists as my team got rolled. 180 damage. The clan SRMs have a pretty massive spread on them, so I will need to try to Artemis, once I can afford it.

Basically similar to my old STK-5M brawler build way back when the STK was first released, but with Streaks.

700-ish damage. Four kills. Four WUUUUUUUWUBWUBWUBWUBWUUUURRRRRRs.

Did okay during the limited time I was in the PTS (5 kills, 2 deaths in 3 matches).

Used a modded Kit Fox. Got in 7 games. KDR of 2.33. So it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Time will provide more clarity but I'd say it is looking pretty good.
