I know you guys will resolve all the bugs/errors given time. Generally you guys do a great job. But the first night of clan warfare was almost completely bad. I'm sorry but you guys completely dropped the ball when so many people spent a lot of money for mechs. Between the errors in the Mech Lab for load outs that didn't have problems yesterday. To the 2 to 11 minutes to save a mech loadout. To all the DC's and Failed to find Matches, and lagging servers. This was not a good experience. It will make the game better given time. And I know you guys will use this negative to make it a positive. But it was not good first day.

The only thing I want to complain is the 'Refreshing data'.
I admit, that after chainging whole clam mech from 0 it can take some time, but after redeeming single reward for achievement after the game? 5 minutes?
Now I am stuck on another 'Refreshing data' screen because I wanted to spend some GXP.
Sometimes it doesn't take so long, but some times its literally minutes to do anything.

Great job, I anticipated problems with the high volume of players wanting to play the new update. Went to bed and got up this morning & patched the hotfix, all seems a lot better now :ph34r:

I didn't get a chance to test out my new mechs today, but at least I took the time (an hour) to strip the modules off my IS mechs before the mechlab hardlocked my computer. My drop-ship must have taken the long way to the invasion. Good times.

The latest hot-fix made a huge difference in the time it took to save changes, going from minutes to seconds. Everyone at PGI deserves praise for hanging in there to push hot-fixes out throughout the evening and into the night. Even though my playtime was messed up tonight, your efforts have ensured that my enthusiasm has not waned. Thank you.

U Guys did a Great job. I was up long, stripping Mechs and Build Variants i like.
Also had the chance to play some Games without problems. Keep up the Work, your Roadmap for this Year works really well.

So give the Team also some Premium Freetime in their beds :ph34r:
