In the mechlab 10 is the given damage for the clan ER-PPC, is that right? Shouldn't it be doing 15?

There is a lot things they "balanced" like Clan LRMs having a minimum range of 180 like their IS counterparts, but with the downside that they fire missiles not in one big burst...

Clan ERPPCs do 15 damage total, but only 10 as pinpoint, with a further spread to two adjacent locations for 2.5 damage each.
So a hit in the LT would do 10 damage to the LT, 2.5 to CT and 2.5 to left arm for a total of 15 damage.
Or at least that's what they posed regarding clan weapons balancing not too long ago. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
And the Clan minimum range of 180m is temporary, until they get the scaling damage system working (next patch was the ETA?), as per recent weapons post iirc.

the other 5 was supposed to be splash related and I do not believe they have figured out to get that working in game properly yet.

if the clan mechs don't either get their weapon buffs back or the ability to move faster I'll probably have to get a refund.

Which you probably don't get, or at least shouldn't get.
You got your mechs, they never made any promises about weapon stats...
and in a game like this balance has to come first. Even if I disagree with their way of balance .

Stormcrow and Timberwolf are both fast as hell, AND pack a punch. Nova and Warhawk have adequate speed for chassis. Only slow ones are the lights and the Direwolf, and the Cute Fox has already found itself a nice little niche.
Clan weapons are still hands down better than their IS counterparts in terms of raw damage output per ton.

The ERPPC does its 15 damage, 10 to the impact location and 2.5 to left and right adjacent locations.
Only the display in the mechlab still shows 10.
The LRM do what they always do. fly, impact and destroy targets.
The damage below 180m will come next patch (see command chair post) with some kind of ramp up (similar to previous IS PPC minimum range ramp up).
Demanding a refund for yourself beeing uninformed?
Even without these two advantages over the IS, the whole clan mechs and weapons have enough advantages over IS tech, that any demand for a refund seems very much like a sick joke.
