So I bought some a-la-carte clan mechs on 6/17 (yes, I was a hold-out till the bitter end).... but I have not yet seen them in my inventory or mechbay. Anyone else have this issue?

Paid by CC, and I got an email from Ultimatepay saying that "We have received your payment for MechWarrior Online Promotion. It has not yet been accepted by MechWarrior Online Promotion but we are working with them to quickly correct the problem."

Anyone else see this? might still be because of their server snafu, dont know.

Sounds like you have had an issue with your payment and even if it has been resolved by now you will still need to wait a bit to collect your mechs.

"Those who purchase or upgrade their collection after this update should be advised that their Collection items will be injected into their account on the next business day."

It wouldn't hurt to contact MWO customer support for an update.

Picked one up yesterday afternoon as well, is it a "by 4pm" thing we're waiting for data entry or something or released every day at 4pm? Is there a reason this takes so long, gunna be over 24 hours, wait, hope they can fix this for customers whatever the bottleneck is, hard to imagine it can't be fixed, not like they're shipping physical goods???

The same idea as if you have 10 packages and 1 truck. Do you send the truck out with just one package 10 times, or do you fill the truck with all 10 and then send it out?

We will assume that you have to pay for the gas either way, of course...

Note: If you purchase or upgrade your Clan Collection AFTER 10AM PDT on June 17th, 2014: Be advised that your Collection will not immediately appear in your account; After the patch, deliveries will be made daily at approximately 4PM PDT / 7PM EDT / 11PM UTC.

Waves? So there's a chance or high likelihood the order will be processed before 7PM EST. I block off Mon and Weds afternoons to play with a competitive European team and FML practice is at 3 EST and about bedtime for them 7EST they'll pop in my bays?

I'll post here if I get any more info on expediting delivery (like how we use the same payment method to get instant Hero Mechs and MC)

I'll deal either way, my buddies are taunting me with their pretty clan mechs and the're going to be merciless later today if I'm still rocking IS mechs, make them stop!

From everything I see, they look great BTW
