Greetings Sibkin.

I am Semyon Drakon, trueborn warrior of Clan jade falcon, long lost in the mists of lack of mechwarrior! Now I am back and really keen to get a Clan component of this game working and working hard.

Tell me what we/you plan to do? Are we forming a Cluster and hitting worlds or are there other plans?

Really interested in hearing where this is going.

Since the clans won't be a playable faction when the game is released, and probably won't be for a while, we are planning on playing as the Red Corsair unit in a role similar to the Wolf's Dragoons. That allows us to maintain a connection to CJF but still be able to fit into a pre-invasion Inner Sphere unit.

Strangely I just reread my entire BT novel collection. Playing the Red Corsairs will be good, how are we going to simulate the advanced tech and 2C mechs they fielded?

Well since we will be playing in a pre invasion timeline we wont be. I personally plan to grab as much starvleague tech as i can though.

Well, the idea for this Red Corsair unit is that it is a precursor to the one that existed in the 3050's and its mission will be to specifically supply Clan Jade Falcon with the information the Dragoons had since stopped relaying to the Clans. In that sense, this version would only be outfitted with tech readily available to Inner Sphere units. Having already gained some idea of the technology level of the Inner Sphere, the Red Corsairs would better prepared to choose machinery that would not raise suspicion the way the Wolf's Dragoons did when they first appeared in the Inner Sphere.

Hi Siblings.
I'll know, i come for another universe.
i haven't played a lot over a computer sim, i come from a world where in first we are commanders, looking at maps where Mechs are represented over paper or with some lead figures, where we often control an entire star, or even a trinary instead than a single mech.
yes, i've loved MW2, and played for a little time with MW4, but since there's no clanner as an active parts, MW4 doesn't fit to me.
i'm a Jade Falcon, i don't like play as davion or steiner. they don't know what honor is. they attack as a pack.
they attack outnumbering.
it doesn't fit to me.
but i hope, this time, to see Turkina claws around again. probably not at the beginning, but i hope for the return of Kerensky childrens in this game.
are you interested in an old "not so good with Joystick" player :-D ?
if yes, where i can prove my birthrights? :-D
