alright you vat born, here's the target.

you have 3 king crabs on the field guarding a mineral deposit that the merchant cast desperately wants to secure for the clan scientists. your galaxy commander has offered the chance to recover this vital resource for the clan. let the bidding begin. remember star commanders, the lowest bid wins.

the next bid will be made avalable once the bidding for this objective has been decided.

Uh, I don't think the King Crab is in the game yet, bro, so it'll probably be an easy win for whoever bids against 'em... just sayin'.

It's role playing bud, It's for clan players to basically pad their ego. Let them have their fun before us house pilots eliminate a clan for fun :)

Realistically, I need my Storm Crow omni and a Mad Dog lancemate, and a drop at any distance beyond 1000m. Easy win, those king crabs rely on those AC/20's, and a single LRM-15 each isn't going to stop my pairing at range. This was my standard star layout in 99% of the mechwarrior 2 missions, always dominated.

I'd beat that earlier bid, but 3 million c-bills simply isn't worth the time for that sort of mission, quiaff?

(wow nerd points awarded to myself...)

two Shadowcats configured to be long range missile boats with 2 ER large lasers between them... plenty of armor and ammo.

That'd be as far as I'd go... and I think even that's pushing it. Otherwise I think Lonewolf's got it.

I bid a single Timberwolf, configured with Quad ER Large Lasers and Dual LRM-20 racks, which I will pilot myself. I ask only that a Spectre reconnaissance craft be overhead to provide targeting support and record my glorious victory against these surats.

What say you!?

Endo Steel you win the bid with your timberwolf. while elimentals may be small sending a single unit out in this fight would be foolhardy and the inner sphere is just as likely to capture it as to destroy it. Chaz will act as your second should you be in any real danger and require assistance... should chaz not be available due ot other engagements, lonewolf will act as your second should you require it.

this bid has concluded.

our galaxy commander however has located another target of interest. a rich population center on one of the inner sphere's training worlds. integrating these people into the clan would strengthen us in many of our casts. already the inner sphere defenders list three Atlas, four Sentinels, and a marauder as their bid. they bid the planet and it's population if they loose. if they win, we leave the solar system and do not threaten it further. if we can succeed here, we gain resources and a foothold, if we fail, we must seek alternate systems to bring into the clan. we did make it clear to them however that even should we be defeated here, we can not speak for all of the clans and that another clan may decide to claim the planet and it's population as it's own. they understand and agree.

may the bidding begin...
