I wish our mechs had faction symbols on them, based on what we choose here in the forums. Or there should be a faction option in game.

I also wish the Prime clanners had access to camo schemes and tertiary colors.

Well, it's obviously red, but I think that unless you are in a unit that makes you have a certain color scheme, the warriors were allowed to pick their own colors. As long as you have red in there somewhere, I'm pretty sure there is no set scheme.

They don't because the ones we have now are special limited edition type things, kind of like the phoenix mechs with their fixed patterns and "unique geometry" (which was often a tiny little shoulder plate).

EDIT: I think. That was my understanding anyways.

The clans are not that rigid. THey'll camoflauge their mechs to the planet their on just like any decent army will do. Red for a Mars like planet, tan for a desert world, or mottled greens and browns for a forest environment.

Since their conflicts are usually resolved through face to face Trials, Clans rarely had need for camouflage. At least for the attacking forces.

Actually save for some of the more crazy/stupidly fanatical units, everybody is does that. What most people think of paint scheme wise is only for parade use and everybody uses normal camo in the field.

Short of ComStar's love of titanium white, all the other factions do lack a faction-wide paint scheme, with each brigade/galaxy or each regiment/cluster having its own personal scheme. Suggestion would to look at the various color schemes at http://camospecs.com/ and see if you can replicate your fav in MWO.

you can easily do the grey/Brown or brown/grey galaxy colors with mountain line when they get around to letting us change the skins.
