So the clans are here.

Built in CASE, survivable side XL torso destruction, Half ton ammo loads, mmmmmmmmm yes, Mech-cellent!

Because when I pilot my clan mechs everything... feels... not quite normal. Because you feel stronger and weaker at the same time. You feel excited and at the same time, terrified. The truth is... you don't know what you feel except you know what kind of mech fighter you want to be. It's as if you've reached the unreachable and you weren't ready for it.

So I would like to say that as MWO clans, goes, PGI, you have perfectly captured the strength and flexibility of clan omni mechs.

Thank you.

Clan-tastic!

My first few matches in clan mechs I got smashed pretty quickly... Was dumbstruck with awe and wonder at everything.... It felt like my first time playing MWO all over again. Almost like I have to learn to play all over again.

I like the micronized version of her more. Probably because I'd be afraid of a 30 foot tall women. ;)

Playing with the clan mechs can be really hard. I'm getting my behind handed to me more often then I'm used to. Still they are pretty fun.

I'm finally back into the mech that I first started playing MechWarrior in (from MechWarrior 2) the Timber Wolf.

I have it setup nearly identical to how I had it.

Feels great to be back. ;)

yes i agree.

my direwolf is tough, I don't really see the issues with ct damage because i seem to be adapt at spreading the damage. It's also very powerful, I can core just about anything in one or two salvos.

but at the same time.. it feels, weak. some of the ways I die... it may be powerful but I still need to use my brain and teamwork to win. I may be a terror in a duel type scenario but in a team setting numbers dilute individual ability and whomever screws up first gets the ball rolling against his team.

Sadly, she shrunk in the wrong parts. ;)

I always liked how Battletech stole many of the original Macross designs, only to come back later to steal the idea of elementals (giant warriors in battle armor) as well. That is consitency. :o
