I used to be able to hold LEFT-CTRL and then use the mouse to look around the cockpit. Now if I try it, my view direction remains fixed straight ahead and the arm reticle is moved by the mouse instead.

This is annoying because I'd like to look round the cockpits of my new Clan mechs, but actually have a fixed forward-only view direction, as if my head was strapped the the headrest, so can't see anything.

Anyone else got this problem? Is it a bug or idiocy on my part?

At this rate I'll have to dig out my TrackIR to get to look around...

I have not encountered this problem. Perhaps your key is sticking? Or it magically came unbound?

Yeah - I've tried rebinding etc... Will have to dig deeper.

It worked for me yesterday... and I haven't used Free Look in ages!

Fixed!

I uninstalled TrackIR and that did it.
