Is there still no way to filter out trial mech from the list of owned mechs in the mechlab? Its insanely frustrating...

There is.

Look at the top of the select mech window and there is a little drop-down that you can switch between 'select mech' and 'owned mechs'.

When I go on the "All"-tab and select "Owned", it shows me the trial mechs and the owned mechs. After complains about trial mechs in the owned-tab they simply removed the tab and show the trials still as owned.

Sorry but that doesnt work. It still shows trial mechs in every class selection and not even that but ironically it also auto selects the trial tab lol.

Owned clan
Owned IS
Trial
Purchasable Clan
Purchasable IS
Purchasable Hero/Champion Clan
Purchasable Hero/Champion IS

Light/Medium/Heavy/Assault for each of those tabs.

Would there be like 4 mechs per tab? yup...would it be insanely easy to read? absolutely.

I find the entirety of UI 2.0 to be very clumsy and annoying. Being selected on a mech, then having to go to mech bay, configure. They should put the "View mech" tab as the window we use to edit the mech, with the mech behind it, so we get a much better reference as to what the heck were doing. Make the current list or window of all the equipment smaller and on one side of the screen.

Oh, and let us view skills of the mech, from the configure window of that mech. Put Pilot as it's own window...or put it in the module area, since pilot stuff is related to module unlocks.

LOL, dont we all WISH we could sell them. Instant major payout lol. Instantly never having to drive astupid ass trial mech. Wouldnt that be nice?

But no, we dont actually own the mech, think of it as a rental car.....its yours but not really....

"Owning" a thing is a status over that thing where I have power over it, that means, I can do what I want with it, I can change it's look, contents, sell or dispose it. Trial mechs are borrowed, you are not allowed to do anything with it but to walk it on the battlefield. It's given by the combat ops to poor pilots, that can not affort an own mech. It's like a company car. You don't own company cars, even if you call them "mine".

You missed one more tab for mechs marked as Favorite. I miss that more than any other filter...
