ghost heat was a bandaid to help mitigate this issue, but its still a broken mecanic. the solution lies in theoriginal 30 heat scale with its % of side effects.

Have single and double heat sinks work as intended and implement the penalties for running to hot, from slower movement, decreased target accuracy, ammo expotions, shutdown and ultimately self destruction.
I know its a dream tha PGI will listen, but i have to try
