Remove Ghost Heat And Return To Base 30 Heat

In the mechwarrior universe the heat is everything, i never underestood why in MWO an energy based mech like the awesome 8q cant function with the base heatsinks it has, then it dawned on me, the heat scale here is just wrong.

ghost heat was a bandaid to help mitigate this issue, but its still a broken mecanic. the solution lies in theoriginal 30 heat scale with its % of side effects.

Have single and double heat sinks work as intended and implement the penalties for running to hot, from slower movement, decreased target accuracy, ammo expotions, shutdown and ultimately self destruction.

I know its a dream tha PGI will listen, but i have to try

Beat me here. o.O;

Don't think PGI ever will.
But in the mean time I'm steadily rigging the mechs for animation to give an idea of what it could have been like.
