I don't know if this is an old bug or not, but alt-enter is no longer working to switch between windowed and fullscreen.
Is there a fix for re-enabling this?

It noticed this doesn't work for DX11 but still works for DX9...
Nothing good about DX11.... So I am still on DX9.. Meh...

Thanks for the information.
Another thing that does not work with DX11.
I'm also still using DX9, because the are no visual improvements in DX11 - regardless the antialiasing.
But AA cannot be used because of the dramatic performance decrease from 100% down to 50%.
In my case with a GTX 780 - from about 100 fps down to 50 fps.
