I remember when I first started out, I was able to view the list of skills of mechs I didn't own anymore so I wouldn't buy them again unless I wanted to.

Now it seems that option isn't available unless it was moved. If I had of known that was going to happen I would've kept a hardcopy of mechs I piloted and have yet to pilot. As awesome as this game is to play, I don't want to get stuck buying a mech and having to sell it because I already completed its skill sets.

It'd be great if there is a way to recall which mechs I've piloted before and which I haven't and I just didn't see it but if not.. would it be possible to reload that for us to refer to like before?

I understand it seems trivial but I like testing out all the mechs personally and I do remember some of the mechs and their varients that I've piloted but can't seem to remember them all.

Or is it now that once we sell the mech we have to re-learn all the skill sets all over again? (I really hope that's not the case as it's enough of a pain to earn c-bills as it is aside from getting all the XP needed for each skill set)

Thanks to a few mechwarrior friends in battle I found the list of mechs I've piloted so far. This helps a little but unsure if there's a list of already learned skillsets/masteries available. Would be great if anyone knows where I can find this list if it exists outside of purchasing a previously piloted mech to find out whether or not it has been mastered or not.

That list doesn't exist. However, you can easilly figure out what you've learned and haven't simply by calculating the total XP on the mech.

Wow, I'm awake, heh. Thank you. I didn't even notice the XP Earned part of the archived piloted mechs. I noticed with the trial mechs that I've piloted it reads that I have earned exp there too.. but I thought we couldn't rack up mech exp when using them.

The mech stats in your profile on this page will tell you how much XP you've earned with given mechs (you need to select archived, for stats pre UI2.0) however there is no way to find out how much XP you've spent on a given mech. And yes, trial mechs accumulate XP like any other, you just can't spend them.

You always rack up xp with trial mechs. However, it's only for their variant (FS-9S(C) will get xp for the FS-9)
