Hi i was just looking around and i heard that some people would love to have some Word Of Blake Mechs like the raptor ll or the avatar.
It would be grate to see the mechs like this we had the clan invasion. How about the jihad later on. People would pay good money to see good mechs in the game. I hope you would agree with me. Bring the Word Of Blake into the battle field.

PGI is still trying to get 3050 right.
We don't even have Comstar yet.
Word of Blake was founded after the Battle of Tukayyid. (And it would we a shame for PGI to skip this opportunity for a massive campaign.)
Word of Blake's rise to power (and production of own BattleMechs) began with the conquest of Terra in 3058(?).
We don't even have Comstar yet.

Yes i meant when the game reaches that time. We should have a pre-order like the clan mechs.

Community Warfare will come end of year, so possibly PGI will sync the end of 2014 with the beginning of the Clan-invasion end of 3049.
That means 2015 is 3050.
That means 2023 is 3058.
You want to place a pre-order for something 8 years in advance that PGI may or may not offer? Without a plan, without concept-design, without artwork, without a timetable, without a pricing and with precisely ZERO people working on it?
EDIT:
There is a name for your strategy: passive-aggressive

I would like to see them when the time is appropriate, if the game is still a success and being supported by the players.

We might not have Comstar as a faction yet but some of the mechs that they used like the Crab, King Crab, Highlander, BlackKnight IIRC.
So I don't see much problems in haveing WoB mechs in MWO.
Looking at Sarna I would say that there are two stages of WoB designs.
First stage: Producing and designing mechs with Marik or taking over other factions designs.
Excamples of these are the Albatross or Grand Titan and Avatar variants.
Second stage: Pure WoB designs like Archangle, Deva or Grigori. These are very agressive designs with lots of hightech in them.
With the moveing of the timeline we could say that we are currently between the stages. Some of the mechs of stage one started production during or at the end of the clanwar.
The second wave started production at the end of the civil war.
So I think it would be fair to say that we can now, with the move of the timeline, have quite a good number of mechs from WoB/Marik
Albatross 3053 (I just love the design)
Dragon Fire 3058 (I think there was a request for it anyway)
Grand Crusader 3053
Grand Titan 3054 (Transformers entering BT. The design is cool and I am currently using the weapons layout on a masakari and it works just fine)
Perseus 3058 (Think better Orion)
Raijin 3052 (A Comstar design taken over by WoB. Liked it in the TT)
Tempest 3055 (I think this one has also been requested a lot allready)
Yeoman 3060 (for our LRM fanatics a walkin LRM)

The only one I want on that list is the Toyama. I do not want a Raptor II, I want an OG Raptor...and it better not even LOOK like the II.

well - its clearly missing the most ugly and most unknown mech of the whole BT franchise.
Unfortunately we already have enough IS 100t Mech... but boy the Vanquisher might have been a great 100t Mech.
still ugly ... but lot of geometry potential when you look at the large pelvis.
Would be almost or even more compact as the fafnir.... while not able to have two HGRs...it could have a daka build in high mount with LFE or Gauss Laser Vomit...with 325 LFE.(5 Medium Pulse Laser and 2 GR)
(1hr spend and yes this is the head of an awesome)
