I just saw this on newegg, its a XFX 280x for $270/$250 with rebate+3 free games. Is that a relatively decent price?

Yeah that's currently about as good as 280x prices get, and a hell of a value in today's GPU market.

Threadjack, but I might be able to trade my EVGA 560TI 2GB GDDR5 for a VisionTek Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5, Good Deal Am I Right?

you get a modest performance gain, 15% at best

Bought one before christmas the exact same for $329.99 with one free game battlefield 4 so it a very good price. You might find a used one one ebay though a lot of bit coin miner are selling ther cards real cheap right now.
