Greetings Mechwarriors.

This is the placeholder for the Merc Company 17th Shadow Irregulars. We are all that's left of the once proud members of the 17th Lyran guards of the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth (AFFC for short)

We will start a recruitment drive once everything is in order and communications have normalized. Inital requirements will be a strong knowledge of the Battletech Universe and the History of the final days of the 17th Lyran Guards.

A little bit about our Merc Company:

We are the 17th Shadow Irregulars. The five remaining members of the AFFC's 17th Lyran Guards created this Merc Company while trying to get back to FedCom space after a devastating run-in with forces that were unknown to us. We have strong ties to the FedCom ways of things. We have a strong military background and follow those ways closely. Our back-story is coming.

But for now... please be patient. Our transmissions getting out from Bandit space are minimal at best. The more we transmit, the better change we have of getting discovered by the bandits, or this new force we encountered. We're not sure what they are, or where they hail from, but they were powerful and deadly.... The whole regiment decimated to a handful of troops and 5 mechs.
