Heavy Metal Vs Hgn-732

My question is, the 732 is mostly similar to the HM. 1 less ballistic and 1 more missile hard point. Most of the hard points save the ballistic are in different locations. Here is the build I made on the HM transferred to the 732 instead.
Since the HM can use a 330 engine and the 732 a 325 engine I just put that half ton into armor instead. Otherwise they both make use of all available tonnage and slots. Which one should I go for? What benefits (besides the c-bill bonus) would the HM offer me that the 732 doesnt?

I also have a single AC/2 and an ML for backup. Soften enough targets and those two weapons will do amazing wonders against your enemies.
On the other hand my Heavy Metal is a fast paced brawler. XL 330 engine. AC/2 + LB-10 combination. 3 ML. 2 Streaks.
For this one... after the intro, skip to 6:30.
For this one to get to the action skip to 4:45
It's a fast attack brawler that works well against just about everything.

Yeah I got to the point where I had 2 slots and 5 tons left. I figured why the hell not. Although in close range I'd focus on firing the pulses over the regular laser. Id use the LLas more as a poking tool as I close range

2 more JJ instead? Autocannon ammo? Switch to AC/10?
At one point I was actually running 3 LL on chain fire, though I'd sometimes click two quickly. Pulses are nice to have around versus lights, however...

XL 330.
AC/2, LB/10x.
3 ML
2 Streaks
Large amount of armor.
And everything else is in DHS and ammo. You should be able to fill exactly 90 tons and all slots.
This isn't 100%, and it's got a very different front/back armor allocation. But it's something I threw together in just a few seconds as a replication.

I have to say I had my doubts about an xl in a hgn. my first match seemed mirror my doubts when I got stuck between a cent and an atlas to scared to move for lurms and getting hammered having to turn my back, to squeeze out the dumbass sandwich, and failed badly but the second time
982 damage 1 kill and 4 assists can't be bad almost made me wish I had premium time

Cheers Kon
