Killing Clan mechs>killing meta jumpsnipers>killing something bigger than me>killing the little harasser>killing other mechs>dismember the DC guy at the base :P

What's yours?

PS: don't care to start a clan is op thread, it just feels good to kill em, op or not.

I enjoy sending those Test Tube Freakshows back to their laboratories in boxes, yes.

It's just a matter of time before I pick the Clan Mech I want from the spoils of war. It's between this really nice Mad Cat, Ryoken, or Black Hawk that I sent to the scrap yard.

The Daishi looks a little too big...

Working successfully as a lance>Killing an ECM Light Mech>Legging any Light Mech>Killing a Clan Mech>Killing heavies and assaults using mediums and lights>killing anything using non-meta builds>topping damage/kill charts in a non-meta build> topping the damage/kill charts in a meta build.

#1 Destroying a mech that is in mid-air
#2 Jumping over a mech and destroying them with a salvo to the back
#3 Destroying a light in one salvo
#4 Any head shot kill.
#5 Using a UAV and get tons of score points from detection and spotting assists (though seems rare to have lrms on my team in any large degree).

My hierarchy in descending order:

Cool Paintjob
Pose dramatically on ridge top
Witty joke at match start
***** in chat
Give orders
Laser Light Show in the sky
Potty break midmatch (oooh naughty)
Criticize mechlab
Shoot larping clanners
Shoot spiders
Leg the jagermech teammate behind you that just shot your arm off
Artillery Strike on myself as I die!

The Daishi looks a little too big...

I find it ridiculously hilarious that all of you IS pilots call us all out on being Clanners, and insult our heritage and birth and ways of purporting our society...and then immediately talk about your overwhelming greed for the technology that our ways of life afforded to us, when not in another 1,000 years, (even with the advancements of the NAIS) could you ever have hoped to achieve not ONLY our society's conflict-centric but honorably based cooperation and cessation of war-mongering...but ANYthing coming near our technological advances. You were on the fast path to completely destroying your last means of star-travel between your base and obtuse theologies and near-fanatical Comstar advocates. I mean, you were on your FOURTH SUCCESSION WAR.
We had one fight, and then immediately went "Oh ****, we should probably knock this **** off before we become a nearly backwards society that looks at technology like monkeys look at bananas."
Then BAM: Omnimechs, Elemental Armors, Genetic Engineering, intensive advances in Space Travel and ship-technology, Medical MIRACLES: Myoelectric Prosthesis, Synthetic Organs, artificially induced tissue regeneration, the cessation of most forms of life-threatening disease THROUGH genetic manipulation...

Honestly, if we had continued down the Warden Path indefinitely, we would soon simply have been guarding a collection of worlds chock full of not much more than broken societies. So stop with your dithering on about how clanners are "Laboratory freakshows". We are the steps closest to Genetic PERFECTION, and the only thing that really ends up messing with that?

The ******* invasion of the IS and mingling with the nearly barbaric locals, who seem to have forgotten how to build the simplest starship and now nearly worship them like Indians worship cows. For every clan mech you cobble together out of the wreckage, you'll have to sift through 10 of the broken bodies of your own.

I think Its so cute to see people claiming themselves as clanners or is people then defending them selves as such considering its just some stuff a dude made up, its like role playing where people don't realize its just a role.

What you really mean is you invaded before we could finish our technological catchup back to Star League technology. Endo Steel, Double Heat Sinks, and Ferro Armor all have been rediscovered as have ER weapons. You vat rat's saw this crapped your pants and realized the time is NOW, because you knew full well that you didn't have a prayer against the much deeper material resources of the innersphere, compared to your stripped out circle of worlds. That 'honorable society' you crafted only exists, because you don't have the resources for full scale wars.

You created a society of Celibate brainwashed monkeys and now are trying to force it us freeborn.
We'll shell you right back into the stone age everytime you invoke Zell....

What messes it up for you, is you messed around against an enemy who can throw not just Ten Mechs to your one, but Twenty to Thirty, in addition to Armor, and over stretching your lines. For all your so called genetic perfection you failed strategic thinking 101.

As far as my broken bodies go. I have destroyed two clan mechs for each time my trusty TDR, has to be picked up off the field and repaired. So much for that vaunted technology.

I want to field your little trinkets, because they look good. And serve as a visual reminder each and everytime I send another one of you freak shows back to your laboratories, in pieces, the price of your hubris as I swig mead and have songs song of the glory of the FRR's warriors .

If you can't enjoy and have fun with the lore, you're in the wrong game.
Because this game ain't ever going to be an E Sport. You might as well rp abit, and enjoy the setting as it's intended! (by it's original creators) Why do you think there's flavor text that comes with the hero mechs?

You know when the population of a certain animal is so big it's starting to become dangerous not only to humans that live close by, but risk making other animals extinct too? That's why I feel I'm doing something good whenever I kill a Timberwolf, so it doesn't take over even more and make a lot of other mechs extinct.

Killing Clan mechs is slightly better experience than usual but it is much diluted by the fact that there is no CW.

Even this experience pales in comparison to how much enjoyment I got out from killing all the Highlanders during their reign, with my Streakcat. So enjoyable, I even made videos about it. :)

You think Timbertarts are bad? They are not even remotely comparable to the reign of the old Highlanders, or the pre-hill climb Stalkers.
