Do targeting computers affect SRM's???

Good Question, one I would like to know the answer to.

Also, can you 'Stack' targeting computers?
Are the bonuses cumulative?

Nope, and nope. Direct-fire beam or single-projectile attacks only (lasers of any sort, PPCs of any sort, non-shotgun autocannons of any sort. Gauss rifles of any sort), and limit one (effective) TC per 'Mech.

As 1453 R said. The Targeting Computer in the mechlab is actually quite clear about what it affects.
