I bought the Dire Wolf Package before the 17th and then upgraded to the War Hawk Pack on the 21st.
When I went to play my non-prime Adders I tried to add the Camo pattern and it wanted to charge me MC. Same for all my non-prime variants for the 4 from the upgrade.
Already put a ticket in.
May be working as intended since it was a bonus item for preordering and I didn't upgrade until after the 17th. Just want confirmation and to let others know.

Far as Im aware this could be the same bug we had: The system hasnt caught up with you yet, try logging out and back in or waiting awhile. For the first day solid most people (me included) didnt have our polygon camo either and then it just poof showed up randomly.

I'd like to just comment that the polygon camo pattern looks like crap on I.S Mechs v. Clan Mechs. That's all

Ok, maybe technically they are correct but it is still mean and outside the spirit of the offer.
They would gain some good will by bending on this issue.

No, they needed you to buy it before the 17th, perhaps to pay some bills related to all the additional programming work on the Clans. If you did, you got a bonus. After this point, you only got the core content.
You choose not to buy into their plan and wait until AFTER the 17th, therefore, you get the base items only.
How is this in anyway MEAN? Do you ***** to your supermarket when you miss a store special by a week? You missed the boat, your problem.
I am a Marketing manager for a decent sized company here in NZ, so I can take a fair guess at what they were aiming for with these promos.
Next time perhaps you.ll buy into their offer ON TIME... perhaps...
