I was about to do this anyway. B)
Give me a minute.

Step 1 - Stock Variants translated into usable format for MWO:
Panther (35T):
Spoiler

Step 2 - Translate to an existing MWO mech.
In this case, the Jenner, as it was the only frame to have all the required hardpoints, in mostly the right places.:
Spoiler

And a near-stock build, in a way that I would update it to MWO standards (kinda):
PNT-10K2O: PNT-10K2O

I might actually build one.
I've been trying to figure out wtf to do with my Jenners (don't especially like them), so a Panther might be the answer!

I think I'll run this: PNT-K2-O2

As for the Raven build assuming 2X -
Drop the CASE, put the ammo in the head and the heatsink somewhere else.
Move the ERPPC into the arm, as with Arm Lock off, you get better range for sniping. Have max Armour here.
Only have around 1-3 armour on the empty Left Arm, and move the HS in it to a Torso.
1 SSRM2 isn't going to be especially good, and near useless as a back-up weapon.
Switch to an SRM6.
Should be able to fit a few M.Las in there with endo...

Something like this: RVN-2X
Would work with single Heat Sinks too, just less efficient.

xD you don't have to man.
I'd love a B-Tech figure, but I imagine postage would be a *****.

Well thanks for the advice but I usually put torso mounted weapons therefore not being as vulnerable and some times I lose the PPC or SSRMs so it seems fine

I usually run as recon for or with other lights my buddy cicada ( his name LOL)
I stick with and gather info.

And I don't drop armor on the empty arm cuz I use it as what it is- a shield so if I get critted in the CT then I use it
